Recipe: Banana Bread

This is a blog of firsts...clearly, I wasn't a cook or baker to begin with, so I'm completely loving conquering new recipes for the first time but with a twist!  This recipe came from my naturopath.  I added the rice milk to th recipe because it seemed too dry. I only added JUST enough to mix the dry ingredients all in welel.

3 mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
1/3 cup of maple syrup
2 tbsp of oil
rice milk (see above...just enough)

Optional add-in (I didn't):  1/2 cup of walnuts

What To Do
1.  Mix wet and dry ingredients together separately.
2.  Add together and mix carefully.
3.  Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Pin It
