3 mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
1/3 cup of maple syrup
2 tbsp of oil
rice milk (see above...just enough)
Optional add-in (I didn't): 1/2 cup of walnuts
What To Do
1. Mix wet and dry ingredients together separately.
2. Add together and mix carefully.
3. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
