Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp of flour
cinnamon and sugar (if you'd like)
Directions:
Mash the bananas in a bowl along with the egg and flour (add some cinnamon and sugar if you want to make it even sweeter). Place small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased, hot pan or griddle. Brown one side of each fritter and flip. Brown the other side, sprinkle with some cinnamon and VOILA!
