Banana Bread Delight


Made this little gem a few weeks ago. I still can't seem to bake completely "right". It's always a bit chewy in the middle - but this turned out tasty and great for me to take for breakfast (and because I was the only one eating it, I didn't need to worry about the "chewiness". :)

The recipe came from Go Dairy Free.

I used whole wheat flour, almond milk and walnuts. Otherwise, I followed her recipe exactly! Pin It
