We had my nieces over for the weekend and J came up with the brilliant idea/activity to make fruit smoothies as a "dessert treat" and the girls had to help him put it all together by naming the fruit, choosing the fruit, etc. I had to get in on it....
Ingredients: Multiple frozen fruit (we buy fruit on sale and freeze it), fresh bananas, PC Blue Menu 100% Cran/Blueberry juice, Almond Milk. Filling AND filled with delicious sweetness!
(The girls got to add a few chocolate chips in theirs for fun...)
