I'm always a little weird about cooking bone-in chicken, but this was so easy. I highly recommend it.
In a bake pan, I threw 5 chicken drumsticks in with 1/4 cup of red wine and 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce (Mom said to use smoky bbq sauce - which we did not have - so I put ONE drop of this Mequite Smoke in with it). In the oven this went on 350 for 30 minutes. Done!
To go with, corn on the cob and an easy spinach salad:
spinach
cucumbers
bean sprouts
sliced almonds
mandarin oranges
Dressing: Renee's Tangeringe and Lime
