Using the same sauce recipe from below I added bite-size pieces of the fried sausages, cherry tomatoes (cut in half), spinach/arugula (slightly wilted in sauce) and fresh basil to bowls of penne for our throw-together Sunday meal. I absolutely LOVE this new sauce. It went with the sausages and shrimp so well and it's so quick, healthy and easy!

Recipe: Curried Chicken Sausage Penne
I bought some chicken curry sausages from the Sweet William's booth at the Farmer's Market on the weekend and wanted to throw them into a non-tomato-based pasta of some kind.
